You are welcome to arrive 10 min early & find your space & just enjoy the view from the top of the house!

I understand that you may live too far away to walk to class, but obviously you are still welcome to attend regularly. This is a discounted weekly membership for those driving to class

Buying a package of 5 classes gets you a cheaper price but also more focused attention each week on the positive stuff that may help life become more comfortable

This class will include asana (postures), standing, seated, lying & occasionally simple inversions. We will focus on mindful movement with the breath & each session will include an indulgent relaxation listening to the birds if you are lucky to attend in person on our beautiful yoga area. These classes will include a weekly focus & the vinyasa krama will focus around that theme & maybe build towards a peak posture.

All classes are designed to be fun, inclusive & include focus on mobility, strength & balance.

These are the different ways you can pay for the classes which as available both in person & online via Zoom. Due to the limited parking & my love of community I would love to encourage walking to class if attending in person & therefore offer a discounted price to do so.
