1 class/ week or either pre recorded classes or Zoom yoga classes

If you are walking to classes & live locally then I'd love to give you a discounted price.

This is valid for a weekly session (usually Thursday 7pm)

You are welcome to arrive 10 min early & find your space & just enjoy the view from the top of the house!

I understand that you may live too far away to walk to class, but obviously you are still welcome to attend regularly. This is a discounted weekly membership for those driving to class

Ten yoga classes to be used within 3 months of the first session

Please enjoy either Zoom classes or pre recorded yoga or hypnotherapy sessions

This is our opportunity to explore on a more individual level. Initially billed at fortnightly intervals but we can discuss what works best for you

This class will include asana (postures), standing, seated, lying & occasionally simple inversions. We will focus on mindful movement with the breath & each session will include an indulgent relaxation listening to the birds if you are lucky to attend in person in our beautiful yoga area or outside on our shaded yoga platform

These classes will include a weekly focus & the vinyasa krama will focus around that theme & maybe build towards a peak posture.

All classes are designed to be fun, inclusive & include focus on mobility, strength & balance.

These are the different ways you can pay for the classes which as available both in person & online via Zoom. Due to the limited parking & my love of community I would love to encourage walking to class if attending in person & therefore offer a discounted price to do so.

This session is an introductory session while we discuss expectations & circumstances.

An introduction to wellness coaching or Yoga Therapy/ 1-1 sessions

This session is slightly longer to allow time for discussing expectations & planning our journey together.

Maybe organising tests, arranging to meet other specialists, planning & scheduling our next steps

This membership includes unlimited access to pre recorded yoga & hypnotherapy classes & live Zoom yoga classes.
