Previously I was supporting people under the umbrella of Yoga in Cheshire, however as my offerings became wider & my location less stable it seemed logical to move forward into a new direction!

I am so excited to be back as The Nudge Coach. Whether that be laughing with you as we practice yoga together on zoom or working more deeply to help you nudge at the edges of what you believed possible. with 1-1 or corporate coaching.

Hi I'm Tabitha of Tabs Yoga & the Nudge Coach.

I am both qualified & experienced as a Wellness & health coach, hypnotherapist & Yoga Therapist & love to work with many different issues. From insomnia to menopausal issues, from neurological conditions such as MS, PD, balance, vertigo & drop foot to menopause support, weight management, physcial rehabilitation, longevity & general motivation & well being. I am able to support & guide you in coping mechanisms, ways to both adapt & improve symptoms & keep life fun. All in the aim of longevity of health span & wellness! Yoga alone is so important in supporting body awareness & confidence amongst other benefits, combined with other modalities we can really live our life to the full

I have myself experienced issues such as vertigo, dropfoot & sudden life changes so am able to support & guide you in coping mechanisms, ways to both adapt & improve symptoms & keep life fun.

I love keeping up with the latest scientific research in longevity, physcial therapy, wearable tech, tests & investigations, nutrition,  sleep, medications & supplimentation. Combining this with the amazing practices like breath work, hypnotherapy, meditation & yoga therapy which have been practiced for many centuries. Over the decades working in the health & wellness industries I am lucky to have worked alongside many amazing doctors, consultants, sleep psychologists, nutritional coaches & rehabilitation experts & I am able to integrate other experts in their field into our coaching sessions.

Tabs yoga will also offer live Zoom classes when goegraphy & circumstance allows. Tabitha lives in a Fifth Wheel caravan so space to record classes relies upon having an awning set up alongside the caravan.
