Tabitha, The Nudge Coach has an MSc in Weight Management from Chester University in 2006 & has worked alongside the experts in the field. She has personally experienced the joys of body shape changes through peri menopause, stress & relationship trauma & can empathise with how it can affect our wellbeing.
