This is a session based upon a traditional Moon Salutation with variations & modifications
A block maybe needed/ preferable for balance
Sessions are 65-70 min long
I advise you to have, if possible, a non stick yoga mat for your practice, a block/ brick for balance & a block/ rolled blanket for sitting upon in seated postures.. Cushioning under knees can be useful too for kneeling sequences. If your feet are tight then extra padding under the ankle maybe nice in child posture, or behind the knee if knees feel restricted.
If wrists are sore than look for the therapeutic classes which are more floor based.
